I would like to know what happeend like when did they first contact you, did you have to ever email them? How long was it until it came to you? Before they redesigned their website, their customer service was good- now it's terrible. They aren't a big brand name- they have made many istakes in my orders before but they are excellent about it. I had a great experience. They e-mailed me saying they had received my order and the next day, another e-mail saying it had been shipped. It didn't take that long at all to receive it! Just a couple days.
